Our client, a retail and installation company in Portland, ME is looking to add an HR Generalist to their team. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in recruiting or HR. This person will report into and partner with the HR Manager on all aspects of HR. Responsibilites include but are not limited to:

• Guide supervisors and managers on Employee Relations situations.
• Assist HR Manager with HR Projects and initiatives that enable operations to drive towards existing and future organizational needs.
• Administer human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and training and development.
• Responsible for oversite of all Leaves of Absence

This role is 5 days onsite. Please only apply if local!
