Description

he HRIS Specialist leads the HRIS team to automate, integrate, and configure core HR processes. Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Operations and HRIS, they play a key leadership role in defining how HRIS can be optimized to provide an amazing employee experience that supports a company/organization to become a high impact HR organization. Support and maintain the HRIS system (Paylocity). Focusing on data accuracy and integrity, implementing process improvements, ensuring data quality as well as analyzing and reporting on data within the HRIS, including but not limited to, human resources, performance management, expense reporting, compensation, payroll, learning management system, etc. Additionally, the HRIS Analyst will process all international payrolls and serve as the HR point of contact for supporting HRIS or payroll-related requests.

Requirements

Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Audits - data collection, verification, and analysts
  • Develops, documents and maintains all current and new HRIS business process workflows for efficiency and compliance
  • Identify needs and compile reports to support HR team
  • Ensure employee workflows are operating as expected
  • Manage security roles and access to HRIS in collaboration with IT
  • Partner with Finance on data needs. GL Mapping/expenses etc.
  • Provide training and technical support to users on HRIS system
  • Process all international payrolls and serve as HR POC for supporting HRIS or payroll related requests
  • Designing and building workflows, forms and reports in HRIS system.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Business, HR, Computer Science, Statistics or related field; required
  • HR Support Experience, including experience with life cycle of employee (Onboarding to Retirement)
  • Solid work experience with HRIS systems, Paylocity preferred
  • International Payroll Processing Experience; preferred
  • HRIP, PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP a plus
Essential/Preferred Skills:
  • Interpersonal and Technical skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, mainly excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within team
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Work conditions and physical requirements:
  • Work in efficient and healthy work space, good light, comfortable temperature, ergonomic adjustable chair
  • Work within agreed upon work hours Monday-Friday off hours to support OUS; flexible
