Basic Job Functions:

Nucor Steel-Brandenburg is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Human Resource Administrator. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and a wide range of HR support to our team members. The successful candidate must maintain confidentiality and integrity of HR and payroll data. The role of the Human Resources Administrator will be to assist with talent development, hiring, orientation, payroll, benefits, and perform other administrative duties and projects as needed.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two years ofadministration experience in a Human Resources department
• Must not be limited in HR processes due to immediate relative employmentat division.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business, or related field
• SAP payroll, Applicant Tracking System experience, and HR related systems experience
• Basic knowledge/skillset of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience working in a fast-paced work environment
• PHR/SHRM-CP certification
