The HR Generalist is truly the organizing specialist, ensuring all HR operations run smoothly for all the assigned areas. You will lead and partner closely with management team to support talent attraction, retention, succession, workforce optimization, performance management, employee productivity, policy interpretation and application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR support and coaching to management team and act as key contact for all HR-related matters
- Ensure Human Resources matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company requirements
- Monitor and maintain employment legislation and ensure compliance to legislated requirements
- Ensure effective implementation of HR program and initiatives
- Create and maintain strong network and relations with employees and management team
- Perform special projects as assigned and other duties as required
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
- BA or BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 3-4 years' experience in HR field with knowledge of laws and regulations or combination of equivalent education and work experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
- Knowledge and experience in Workday preferredValid driver's license
