HVAC Foreman

As a HVAC Foreman within our Services Group, you will play a critical role for installing, maintaining, and repairing of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with various teams.

Essential Functions:

• Possess knowledge to complete assignments in all aspects of trade related material, components, equipment, systems, methods of installations, safety procedures, hand sketch and blueprint interpretations, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
• Ensure safe working conditions through regular site inspections.
• Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air condition systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems in HVAC systems and equipment.
• Proficiency in all aspects of HVAC systems and equipment
• Operate any and all hand tools, power tools, equipment necessary to perform all trade assignments.
• Assure proper use of company equipment and materials.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Prepare daily and weekly field reports as required.
• Other Duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of +10 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including understanding of electrical, refrigeration, and control systems.
• Commercial and Industrial experience is a plus
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical staff and stakeholders.

Travel:

• Occasional overnight travel with weekend trips home

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry minimum of 75 pounds
• Must be able to bend, squat crawl and balance
