IFS Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Understanding of overall IFS ERP modules and functionalities (Finance, Project Management, Service and Maintenance, Procurement, and HR)
Collaborate with team to improve the business systems
Collaborate with the development team to develop overall solutions and technical design and address functional requirement
Review and validate testing plans and conduct functional user testing to ensure delivered solutions meet functional business requirements
Review documentation and conduct training of end users/stakeholders
Perform support activities based on escalation from the support team
Write and review supporting documentation for the software, such as release notes, help documentation, articles, and features
Actively engage in all aspects of the SDLC process
Other duties as assigned
