Job Title: Infrastructure Engineering/ Linux Engineer

Location: Columbus, OH (3 days onsite, 2 days Remote)

Type: 3+ Months Contract

• Access Reviews
• Production Support Incidents
• Enhancement Requests
• Change Request and ChangeMan Package Approvals
• Certificate Management
• Security Vulnerabilities - Kenna Score
• NUID and TAP ID management and Approvals
• DSR Call for any P1/P2 incidents
• Weekly Incident and Problem Management Review Call
• Infrastructure/Tech Projects
• Core Modernization Projects
• CMDB
• Findings
• Vendor Management
• Business Continuity Planning
• Ops Deck
• Manage our Dev team
• Complete IAM application access certification
• Re-certify all Tufin rules when needed
• Submit Tufin requests for our applications
• Maintain team on-call schedule for the year
• Update SNOW on-call list weekly
• Maintain CMDB Application list for accuracy
• Complete technical recovery exercises for our applications
• Monitor and assign SNOW incidents and validation tasks as they are submitted for resolution
• Work with Hosted vendor to make sure SNOW tickets are completed in a timely manner
• Monitor SIR tickets are reviewed, resolved, and closed in a timely manner
• Submit decom requests for equipment and software as needed
• Manage Problem records for our team to completion
• Support our BPC links and work with various ENS teams during issues
• Support our BPO relationship
• Other duties as assigned
• Thorough working knowledge of application batch processes

Disaster Recovery/Linux Admin

• Password rotations

• upgrades to servers - Not doing it themselves

• Keep systems up and running

• Disaster Recovery

• Need to have Oracle , AIX ,Linux
