Your new company:

A Fairfax, Virginia based interiors construction general contractor are looking to add a new Project Manager to their team. 15+ years in operation and a strong pipeline of work for 2024 as they delivery interior projects for a variety of market sectors in the DC area. Position is open to an existing Project Manager or an experienced APM looking for a step up.

Your new role:

As a project manager you will take the reins and manage interior construction projects from start to finish and will be directly responsible for project planning, scheduling, cost control, subcontractor solicitation and buyout as well as all construction documentation and administration to ensure the retail projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Typically projects are in the $250k - $2M range and could involve commercial office A-C grade, law firms, retail and restaurant, education, healthcare as well as local government.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Construction Project Manager with 5+ years in interior construction experience or current APM's with 3+ years of experience who are looking for a step up in their career.
• Experience of working on commercial interior construction projects, this could be within Office, Retail, Restaurant, Healthcare or Education as examples.
• Experience in estimating in addition to project management preferred but not essential.
• A college degree in construction, engineering, architecture or business management.
• Knowledge in Procore preferred but knowledge in other construction software is accepted.

• Base salary up to $120k, negotiable.
