About Dexcom's Summer Intern Program:

Looking to spend your summer working with innovative technology and changing the lives of patients with diabetes? Dexcom's U.S. 12-week internship program provides an experience driven program aimed at developing the next generation of talent. Our onsite, hybrid, and remote work models ensure that we can invite diverse and talented intern classes from across the country.Interns will have the chance to gain knowledge and develop their skills while contributing to key company projects and initiatives. Dexcom interns have earned the nickname of "Game Changers" based on their ability to leave a lasting impact on our organization. We are excited to welcome our next class of Game Changers for summer 2025!

Internship Department Details:

  • Department Name: Talent Acquisition

  • Business Function: Human Resources

  • Team Highlights: The Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern will play a key role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by documenting processes, updating current workflows, reviewing data dashboards, and making strategic recommendations for process improvements. This position offers a great opportunity to gain exposure to various facets of Talent Acquisition while developing project management and process improvement skills.

Where you come in:

  • You will gain an understanding of the Talent Acquisition processes and procedures and in turn offer suggestions for process improvements.

  • You will collaborate with team members to identify any gaps or areas needing additional clarity within current processes.

  • You will review existing Talent Acquisition dashboards and SharePoint site to assess how well they are meeting team needs.

  • You will identify areas where dashboards can be optimized for better usability and decision-making.

  • You will assist with special projects within the Talent Acquisition department as needed.

  • You will provide administrative and operational support to the team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

  • You are interested in learning about data analysis tools (Smartsheet, Tableau, Excel).

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

  • You have strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • You learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Experience and Education Requirements:

Intern I

  • Requires a high school diploma/certificate or equivalent.

  • Must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or later.

Non-Exempt Salary Details:

Intern I

The annualized base salary range for this role is $22.00 to $29.00. Annualized values for non-exempt (hourly) positions are estimates, final annualized salary will depend on total hours worked. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.

Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
