Prestigious global law firm is seeking an experienced IP Docketing Specialist to join their Salt Lake City team. This position will play a critical role in managing the intellectual property docket, ensuring that all deadlines and filing requirements are met accurately and promptly.
Responsibilities:
- Review and enter critical IP data, including patents and trademarks, into the docketing system.
- Track and manage deadlines for U.S. and international IP filings, ensuring all timelines are met.
- Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff to confirm docket accuracy and compliance.
- Generate reports for internal stakeholders on docket status and upcoming deadlines.
- Process documents and filings related to intellectual property matters.
- Respond to inquiries regarding docket entries, deadlines, and status updates.
- Maintain accuracy and organization within the IP database, proactively updating records as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in IP docketing or related IP practice support.
- Familiarity with Foundation IP software is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and communication skills.
- Understanding of U.S. and international IP filing procedures and timelines is highly preferred.
Offering a salary of $62,500 - $72,500, comprehensive benefits package, remote work option, and opportunities for professional growth.
