RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a dynamic and innovative company located in Salt Lake City, UT, is seeking a talented IT Analyst to join our team. Our ideal candidate is passionate about technology, has a strong background in Java and JavaScript/React development, and is experienced in unit testing. Candidates must be local to SLC.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java and JavaScript/React
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Design and implement unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge
REQUIREMENTS:
- Two years of Java experience
- Two years of JavaScript or React application development experience
- Proven experience with unit testing frameworks and methodologies
- Experience with Unit Testing (Jest, Node.js Test Runner)
- Ability with application debugging and code fixes
- Understanding of databased design
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
