Our client is seeking a dedicated Developer I to join their dynamic team. This role is based in Richfield, MN and offers a hybrid work model. The successful candidate will be part of a team that primarily focuses on in-store and in-home repairs, contributing to the development and optimization of the Repair Workbench, an in-store repair application designed to streamline the repair process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with the team to develop, maintain, and optimize backend services
  
• Implementing RESTful APIs
  
• Ensuring application reliability
  
• Debugging and troubleshooting issues
  
• Supporting database management and server-side logic
  
  

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, JavaScript, React Js, and API
  
• Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
  
• A strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and software development principles
