In the realm of Student Success, the role involves providing assistance to students during their laboratory experience, ensuring alignment with all curriculum requirements. Additionally, the role supports the Program Director with managing student files, surveys, schedules, and tracking required hours. In terms of Laboratory Management, the responsibilities include overseeing the organization of the laboratory, ensuring adherence to safe procedures, and attending assigned safety training sessions. The successful candidate will believe in and support the student first philosophy while contributing to the overall success of Baker College, while acting as a positive role model and brand ambassador on and off campus.
