Volt is immediately hiring Lead Machine Operator in Santa Clarita, Ca

As a Lead Machine Operator you will:

• Lead and train a team of encapsulation operators.
• Coordinate encapsulation activities to meet production schedules.
• Set up and calibrate encapsulation equipment.
• Monitor processes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and Assurance teams.
• Conduct regular product inspections.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Promote a safe working environment.

This is a Full-Time 1st Shift Opportunity.

Shift Hours 5am-2pm

Pay Rate: $26-29/hr

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 3-5 years as a machine operator on encapsulation equipment, with 2 years in a lead or supervisory role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or dietary supplement industry.
• Strong understanding of encapsulation equipment and processes, knowledge of cGMP and FDA regulations, excellent communication and leadership skills, detail-oriented, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
