Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced LEAN Project Manager to drive our company's transformation towards a LEAN culture. This role is critical in improving our operational efficiencies and supporting our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement LEAN methodologies across the organization
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction
  • Lead and manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate with operational teams to execute efficiency initiatives
  • Provide training and mentorship on LEAN principles to staff at all levels
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Analyze data to measure project outcomes and ROI
  • Report project progress and results to senior management
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in LEAN project management or process improvement roles
    • Strong knowledge of LEAN principles, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies
    • Proven track record of successfully implementing LEAN projects
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
    • Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis software
    • Experience in laboratory or environmental testing industry is a plus
