Job Details:

Responsible to the Supervisor and the Lead.

Help set up area prior to start of shift.

Must keep work area supplied with necessary raw materials.

Must be able to lift product skids & make out product tickets.

Must be able to keep work area clean, be punctual & have a good attendance record.

Must be willing to work in other areas if needed or required by the production process.

Must be able to complete all necessary paperwork, including pallet locator sheets.

Must be able to wrap finished pallets with plastic stretch wrap neatly & correctly.

Other Duties as assigned by Management

PHYSICAL - Strong, heavy continuous lifting of 50 lbs or more with overhead stacking. Must be able to bend, lift and stand for 100% of production hours.

RATE OF WORK - Moderately fast.

EDUCATION - Must be able to read and write.

QUALITY OF WORK - Must be neat with work.

ENVIRONMENT - Must be able to work around breader dust and in a temperature of 50 degrees F or less.

Non-Discretionary Disqualifiers: Must not have more than 8 attendance points at the time of job bid and no more than three write-up's of any kind in the past twelve months. Otherwise, awarded by seniority by department.
