Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Tasked with the strategic planning and coordination of the transportation of goods, products, and individuals.
• Collaborate with drivers, shipping firms, and other transport entities to ensure adherence to transport schedules, guaranteeing timely and budget-conscious arrivals of shipments.
• Supervise the distribution of goods and services, manage logistical operations, designate routes for drivers, track delivery timings to prevent delays, and support the loading and unloading of merchandise.
• Prepare and organize cargo and consignments for international transport.
• Engage closely with the logistics team to deliver exceptional service to clients, addressing concerns pertaining to customs, logistics, and damaged goods.

Logistics Coordinator Qualifications:

• Associates or bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, QuickBooks, and NetSuite is essential.
• Compensation range: $25-$30 per hour.
• Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, full-time, Monday through Friday.
