Volt is immediately hiring for Maintenance Supervisor in Davenport, IA

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will:

• Supervising skilled trades and helping them. About 90% of the time
• Will help troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues within machining centers - 10% of the time
• Work with Maintenance Senior Maintenance Team Leader to assure maintenance organization maintains cost structure line.
• Will be responsible for preforming weekly preventive maintenance audits to increase visibility and maintenance effectiveness
• Plans, coordinates, and performs facilities project and maintenance engineering work for facility infrastructure, production equipment and processes of moderate to large scope.
• Provides troubleshooting of the facility infrastructure and production equipment to support production, manufacturing, distribution and maintenance operations.
• Responds to critical production down situations affecting manufacturing and/or distribution operations.

SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS:

• SAP experience
• Experience with unions/maintenance/safety highly preferred - background in engineering also preferred
• Experience in Maintenance of Safety Culture.
• Experience with leading/supporting preventive maintenance program.

Shift: 2nd

Duration: 12 Months+

Location: Davenport, IA 52809

Work Schedule: Onsite

Pay rate: $40/hr. to $45/hr.
