Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a private real estate developer to hire a Manager of Energy & Sustainability.
Your new role
The job duties for the Manager of Energy & Sustainability will include, among others:
- Planning & execution as it relates to E&S
- Management/ownership of cost reduction and energy efficiencies
- Measure E&S deliverables
- Oversight of Energy coordinators
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:
- Strong experience in dedicated E&S, (5-7 years)
- Bachelor's degree in applicable field preferred
- Up-to-date knowledge of the industry
- Great presentation skills
What you'll get in return
- Base range of $120-$140K plus benefits package and incentives
