Opportunity to lead asset management and investment strategies for assigned assets for a global REIT across their US portfolio.

This position, based out of the firm's New York office, will involve creating and evaluating performance-related metrics to assess asset values as well as presenting buy/sell/hold recommendations across the portfolio. Collaborating with leaders across the clients global portfolio, you will be responsible for developing & executing business plans for capital improvements, stress testing of complex fund models, manage leasing strategies, and oversee quality of outsourced property management services. Supporting the continued expansion across asset classes, you will also be responsible for supporting transactions from end-to-end including deal evaluation & structuring, evaluate optimal timing for potential asset dispositions, as well as working with the wider investment team to identify new investment opportunities.
