Job Summary:

Responsible for overall management of the Phlebotomy Team in accordance with policy and procedure. The Phlebotomy Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and leading the provision of phlebotomy services in the successful and efficient attainment of company strategic goals. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy/laboratory services experience is required. A minimum of 2-3 years of previous leadership experience is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Associate degree is required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
