RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Boca Raton, FL that is looking for Marketing Operations Specialist.Responsibilities:- Infrastructure Management: Build and manage promotional infrastructure in CRM to support marketing campaigns
- eCommerce Site Management: Create, update, and maintain online order forms and order confirmations
- Polls and Surveys: Create, update, and maintain marketing polls and surveys to gather valuable insights and track results
- Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments including Call Center, Customer Service, Graphics, Circulation, to develop and execute marketing promotions
- URL Management: Assign and track URLs, domains, and vanity URLs for each marketing campaign
- Display Marketing Management: Maintain and manage marketing assets on our website, including banners and e-commerce, using DFP and tracking tools
- Reporting: Create, manage, and update marketing reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to monitor campaign performance
- Marketing Asset Management: Manage and maintain marketing creative assets, information, and tracking for reporting purposes, ensuring organization and accessibility
- Support: Support Marketing Department team members by staying organized, facilitating metrics of success, and ensuring projects stay on track
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a mixed direct response marketing role
- Working knowledge HTML/CSS coding
- CRM/CMS management experience
- Intermediate or Expert Excel/SQL skills
- Highly organized with unparalleled attention to detail
- Adaptability and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Problem-solving abilities and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Technical savvy with a self-guided approach
- High attention to detail and ability to audit own work for accuracy and quality
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a basic understanding of marketing/retention metrics
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and results-oriented while being an excellent team player
- Expertise in Excel, SQL database management, and Microsoft Office programs
- Creative thinker with excellent communication, interpersonal, organization, and time-management skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
