Responsibilities:

• Utilize SAP and previous warehouse materials management experience.
• Lead and manage warehouse personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee and troubleshoot Warehouse Management (WM) system issues.
• Provide shop floor warehouse support to the operations team.
• Ensure all processes are documented and strictly adhered to.
• Maintain master data associated with the warehouse management system.
• Manage engineering changes to prevent excess and obsolescence.
• Propose and implement new ideas for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems, specifically SAP.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes, including receiving, put away, replenishment, and line feed.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with warehouse personnel.
• Knowledge of master data management within a warehouse management system.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Just-In-Time (JIT) seating assembly operation.
