Basic Job Functions:
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
This position will be responsible for the day to day administrative tasks including but not limited to:
• Assist with general administrative tasks i.e. preparing documents, ordering and tracking items, generating reports/presentations via excel/PowerPoint, etc.
• Organizing and arranging events, training, meetings, interviews and other items as needed
• Communicating effectively with teammates and leadership, keeping them informed of any pertinent information
• Backup review of timesheets as well as assisting supervisors/managers and HR in completing the payroll process
• Assist in maintaining the Oracle EBS system
Minimum Qualifications:
• Two years of experience in an administrative role
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 1+ year experience with Oracle EBS
