Member Service Representative (Bilingual, Spanish)
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $22 - $25 per hour

An established Credit Union is expanding and opening new locations in Dallas and Fort Worth! We are seeking Member Service Representatives to join our team and provide exceptional service to our valued members.
This role involves handling member inquiries via phone and in-branch interactions, offering support for their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and assist walk-in members with their banking needs
- Provide accurate information and support for financial products and services
- Assist with account management, transactions, and resolving member concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members through excellent customer service

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a bank or financial institution required
- Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred, however not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Must pass a credit check and background check

Compensation:
- Starting pay of $22 per hour, with potential to earn up to $25 per hour based on experience and qualifications
