As a Diverse Investment Career Summit participant, there are opportunities to learn about our traditional investment consulting track and our specialty consulting tracks within Mercer. You will be exposed to a fast-paced, energetic, action-oriented environment.Over the course of 2 days and 8 hours, we will provide you with analyst and consultant career paths, group networking, education and team building activities. This program is a unique opportunity to learn about a career in consulting and build a network for a future summer externship or full-time analyst position.

WHAT WE VALUE

• Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Intellectual curiosity; seeking opportunities to develop new skills
• Ability to work in teams and be flexible to work under tight deadlines and changing client needs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Progress toward a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or interest in learning more about business-related areas
• Curiosity and interest in learning more about a career in investment consulting
• Current freshman or sophomore graduating in 2027 or 2028
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

The Investment Consulting Diverse Career Summit will be held virtually via Zoom on January 8th from 1pm to 5pm eastern and January 9th from 12pm-4pm eastern.
