Overview:
ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work hybrid with our client. This .Net Applications Developer position will manage dashboards, resolve project work, and participate in meetings. This role will develop Virtual Agent and Employee Center/Service Portal, integrate ServiceNow with AWS, and administer PPM, ITOM, and CMDB. Additionally, this developer will troubleshoot Discovery and manage multiple workstreams. This full-time position is located in Portland, OR.

Responsibilities:

• Review and manage dashboards and reports for new and ongoing tasks.
• Address and resolve outstanding project work.
• Participate in weekly meetings, including one-on-one sessions with the manager.
• Collaborate with team members on assignments and during project meetings.
• Develop and manage Virtual Agent, Employee Center/Service Portal.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems, with a focus on AWS integration.
• Administer and manage PPM (Project Portfolio Management) functionalities.
• Administer ITOM (IT Operations Management) and CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
• Integrate and manage SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) and PPM (Project Portfolio Management).
• Troubleshoot and administer Discovery.
• Manage and prioritize multiple workstreams effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proficiency in developing and managing Virtual Agent and Employee Center/Service Portal.
• Experience with AWS integration and other ServiceNow integrations.
• Strong knowledge of PPM administration.
• Expertise in ITOM/CMDB administration.
• Experience with SPM/PPM integration and management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and administer Discovery.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
