Description: Our client is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner Part time / Full time

Experience:
Hospice and/or Home Health experience (1+ years required)
Must be comfortable in a home-care setting
Skillsets:
Self-starter
Quick learner
Ability to work autonomously with little direction
Other requirements:
Valid driver's license and own means of transportation
Candidates must be interested in long-term/full-time employment with client as the goal is to convert to FTE should the business need be identified
Training -
About 3 weeks of training to include job shadowing, web-based training
