Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

Responsible for the direct day-to-day functions of the Facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards guidelines, and regulations that govern nursing facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Ensures the quality and appropriateness of resident / patient care meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards.
• Manages budget for facility.
• Makes sure facility is a safe, clean, comfortable, and appealing environment for residents, patients, visitors and staff in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Manages all aspects of state or federal government survey processes.
• Responsible for grievance process from residents, patients, employees, etc.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in public health administration, Business Administration, or a health-related degree.
  
• Minimum, three (3) years' experience in a supervisory/leadership capacity in a hospital or nursing Facility.
• Must possess an active Nursing Home Administrator's license in DE or PA.
• Must be knowledgeable of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to nursing facility administration.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of OBRA regulations, the survey process, survey tag numbers, and quality measures.
• Minimum, three (3) years' experience operating a Skilled Nursing Facility.
