Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Office Assistant to join a client in Fremont. This is a temporary position that is scheduled to last through December 13 approximately. The position is 100% onsite.

The main job duties of this position will be pulling files to prepare for an audit. The role requires strong attention to detail. This person must be strong and proficient with computers and Microsoft Office. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
