Location: Plano, TX

Description: Judge Healthcare is seeking an Office Lead for a huge client of ours in Plano, TX!

Type: Contract 3 months

Hours: Mon- Fri 8am-5pm with rotating Saturdays

Pay: Flexible and based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee staff and processes for patient check-in, ensuring charts are pulled for scheduled appointments, demographics and eligibility are updated, and current forms are utilized.
• Listen and respond to patient and family member concerns.
• Address patient questions and complaints, routing issues to appropriate personnel.
• Analyze daily administrative operations and resource utilization.
• Manage patient check-in, registration, and checkout processes.
• Ensure proper cash controls are in place and policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of 1 year of lead or supervisory experience in a healthcare environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
