Exciting Opportunity for a Paid Social Media Consultant! Are you a digital marketing rockstar with a passion for driving business growth through social media advertising? As our Paid Social Media Consultant, you'll be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution and strategy across a variety of platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest. Your primary focus will be on understanding client goals, developing tactical strategies, and optimizing campaigns to exceed key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities: - Define target audiences and segment audience lists - Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including traffic, QA, launch, optimization, and reporting - Stay up-to-date on platform best practices and identify new opportunities for client success - Provide guidance on creative ad executions and collaborate with creative partners - Maintain budget pacing and ensure quality assurance of all campaign activities - Build comprehensive reports and present findings to internal stakeholders and clients Qualifications: - 4-5 years of experience working in paid social media, including Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads - 3 years of experience independently managing digital media campaigns and budgets - Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including paid search, programmatic, CDPs, reporting, and analytics tools - Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working with both internal and external resources - Proficient in project management tools like Jira, Monday, Asana, and Smartsheet - Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team, and we welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
