Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Paralegal for an onsite, temporary position with our client in Phoenix. This is a full time position, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant defense litigation experience in a law firm setting. Trial experience is a plus but not a requirement. Essential duties include:

* Summarizing legal documents
* Performing legal research
* Preparing drafts of initial pleadings, discovery documents, motions, briefs, and other legal correspondence relating to litigation
* Checking legal forms for accuracy
* Organizing case research, notes and legal documents
* Gathering and analyzing research data
* Performing related work as required
* Strong organizational skills
* Effective communication and writing skills
* Conducting legal research
