Adams & Martin Group is seeking a direct-hire Trust, Estates, and Probate Paralegal to join a law firm in Minneapolis.

Responsibilities:

• Provide scheduling support to estate planning and probate attorneys
• Assist in drafting and completing estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, deeds, beneficiary forms, etc
• Prepare probate court pleadings, serve notice, arrange for publication, and track case progress
• Ensure high levels of accuracy and organization in all tasks
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with clients, attorneys, and other professionals
• Prioritize tasks and manage workload in a fast-paced environment
• Work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Simplifile and Quicken is helpful
• Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Passion for providing exceptional services to clients seeking estate planning or legal assistance after a death
