Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Part-Time Admin to work the hours of 1pm- 5pm, Monday- Friday.

?? Location: Foothill Ranch, CA (Onsite, modern office)
?? Type: Temp-to-Hire
?? Pay: $21-$23/hr (+ annual bonus potential once hired!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Process 2-3 invoices daily with accuracy.
• Provide exceptional phone customer service and redirect calls professionally (clients include structural engineering firms).
• Handle light AR tasks.
• Restock the breakroom and assist with team lunches.
• Collaborate with 2 other admins and multitask effectively.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of Customer Service experience.
• Familiarity with invoicing/accounting is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office & G Suite; NetSuite or CyberSource is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail and a "can-do" attitude.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
