Job Duties: Effectively monitor RMC cheese making equipment including but not limited to; Rotary molder / chillers / control vat identity / block weights / process mold changes and to ensure the correct shape, size, weight for customer / break down for cip daily, monitor cip, titrations, assemble back for production within the required time. Record & interpret data to make informed decisions and / or recommendations for optimum cheese making conditions. Clean all related equipment as needed to ensure sanitary conditions. Perform assigned Master Sanitation duties.

Physical Demands:
Frequently required to stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop, kneel, talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 55 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
