Salary/Position Classification

• $14.00 Hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
• up to 20 hours per week
• 100% Remote Work Availability: No
• Hybrid Work Availability: No

Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Organizing and archiving as-built drawings, specifications, operation and maintenance manuals, standard operating procedures, and other documents
• Organize files, scan in documents, and assist with any other office clerical work as needed
• Assist in the data collection and archiving of preventative maintenance programs
• Creating, researching, reviewing, and editing technical drawings
• Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and databases in Microsoft programs
• Gather equipment inventory information from the field and existing records, assist Plumbing supervisor in creating effective file scheme.
• Assist journeyman plumbers in the repair and replacement of all plumbing responsibilities
• Deliver parts to Plumbing technicians in the field
• Assist the Plumbing Supervisor with organizing and cleaning of the shop

Minimum Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe
• Must be able to communicate effectively, work independently and have good organizational skills
• Valid driver's license
• Enrolled in a minimum of 1 credit for the employed academic semester
• Successful completion of Criminal History Background Check
