Position Overview:

This role involves providing advanced technical services in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of complex application systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Business Needs Analysis: Research and analyze business needs, define system scope and objectives, and design interfaces to integrate systems effectively.
• Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between business partners and the Office of Information Technology (OIT) to ensure business needs are met and facilitate adherence to OIT policies for internal and vendor-hosted systems.
• Project Participation: Engage in new projects, understanding system design plans and detailed specifications to facilitate application system implementation.
• Supervision & Team Building: Supervise data processing staff and leverage strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
• Multi-Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organized analysis and work across different developments.
• Customer Support & Compliance Monitoring: Support customers by monitoring vendor-hosted systems to ensure compliance with IT requirements.
• Business & System Interaction Analysis: Perform analysis and documentation of business and system interactions.
• Technical Solution Design: Design technical solutions to business issues and collaborate with the Application Development team for implementation.
• SDLC Involvement: Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements definition, systems analysis and design, change management documentation, system integration, user acceptance testing, and project timeline estimation.
