Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Inspect and maintain equipment, including HVAC systems, boilers, and generators
  • Identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior maintenance team members

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a relevant field is a plus
  • Proven experience in preventive maintenance or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
