The recruiting team at Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a number of AmLaw 100 firms on mid-senior level Corporate Associate positions for roles within the general M&A and Private Equity teams. Associates in these roles can expect current Cravath scale compensation, partner-track positions, and positions within highly reputable/Chambers' ranked practices.

Qualified Associates will have 3-6+ years of experience in a comparable firm, have worked on sophisticated transactions including drafting various agreements and being able to managing junior associates, and have good law school credentials.
