Probate Paralegal needed at a national law firm's Boca Raton office to join our Trust and Estates Practice Group. The Paralegal will have extensive knowledge regarding probate, including prior experience with guardianships and trust modifications. The candidate should be organized, have strong written communication skills, handle a high volume fast paced environment while paying attention to detail and take initiative to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner. The candidate should have a minimum of three to five years' experience in a Law Firm setting supporting a Trust and Estates Practice Group.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support to attorneys.
• Prepare Probate Pleadings, along with other legal documents
• Marshal inventory and distribution of assets
• Knowledge of IRS Forms such as gift tax (709) and estate tax (706) returns
• Recording documents and deeds with courts, E-Filing
• Proofread all documents and correspondence for accuracy
• Billing - prepare invoices, create cover letters, and send out to clients
• Enter time and print reports as requested
• Maintaining client's files including preparing documents for signings
• Communicate daily with clients in a professional manner
• Maintain confidentiality of client information
