RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Process Analyst in San Ramon, CA.Summary:This position will be responsible for executing the policies and procedures for the Dealer Management program covering 2,400 RV and Marine dealerships. This includes but is not limited to monitoring and validation of dealer performance metrics, investigating, and addressing breaches in thresholds, summarizing results in comprehensive recertification of dealerships. The Process Analyst will work with various constituencies including Sales, Risk, Compliance, and other business partners to achieve business objectives.Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
  • Process Analyst develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs
  • Take generated reports and put together comprehensive reviews of dealership relationships
  • Makes recommendations on strategies to address underperforming dealers
  • Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitors and tracks performance and addresses any issues
  • As a Process Analyst, you will design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards
  • Leads or participates in defining the change/communication plan designed to positively influence or change behavior, develops tailored messaging; and identifies appropriate distribution channel
  • Develops and documents processes, procedures, etc. and/or end-user materials
  • As a Process Analyst, you will build effective relationships and collaborates with internal/external stakeholders
  • Ensures alignment between stakeholders
  • Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations
  • Assists with training and transition of processes and tools/templates to appropriate process owners


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Typically, between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices and standards across the project lifecycle
  • Knowledge of business/group processes, procedures and controls - In-depth
  • Understanding of risk, regulatory and compliance requirements - In-depth
  • Possesses an understanding of and problem-solving ability for issues within the business/group
  • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience
  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization is necessary
  • Verbal and written communication skills - In-depth
  • Collaboration and team skills - In-depth
  • Analytical skills - In-depth
  • Influence skills - In-depth
  • Data driven decision making - In-depth
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in Indirect Lending


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
