YOUR ROLE

To support the management of Key Operations in making significant Improvements in its WMS system, process improvements & system implementation.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Support IT in development, design and testing of future state system environments
  • Manage the overall execution of accounts at an operations management level, carrying out specific requirements as documented in the customer SOW.
  • New SOP/WI and process flow development, ownership, maintenance and assurance operational best practices are in line with customer requirements.
  • Work with Internal and external CEVA IT team to troubleshoot and provide business support for resolution to any systems issue.
  • Maintain essential account documentation in adherence to document control parameters.
  • Drive operational excellence and improvements through regularly scheduled team engagement.
  • Key contact point of contact for all WMS transition specific tasks and actions. Providing internal and external status updates and maintaining clear communication of progress to all partiers.
  • Review and maintaining awareness to project financials to ensure account billing is maintained and accurate to budgetary targets.
  • Implement solutions to address and correct identified issues pro-actively. Provide root cause analysis, drive continuous improvements and execution of solutions.
  • Prepare performance data for required report outs and QBR meetings.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer for any issues and drive resolution/corrective action.
  • Review weekly utilization/optimization reports to ensure origin teams are meeting expectations.
  • Develop and facilitate system training, equipping all teams with requisite degree of knowledge, skill and practice.
  • Conduct post-mortem assessment of project performance/success (both operational and financial.)
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Understanding of organization group process, influencing, problem identification and resolution at both a strategic and functional levels.
  • Ability to follow-up with multiple stakeholders and get things done
  • Understanding of best practices in the function and industry.
  • PC skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Minimum:

o Degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.

o Minimum 6 to 8 years related experience.

o Minimum 3-7 years of people management experience.
