Salary: $73,500.00 USD Annually - $75,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Summary:

We are searching for a detail-oriented and results-driven leader to oversee a team in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for ensuring procedures are followed, schedules are met, and high-quality products are produced efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Availability to work on 3rd Shift (12:00AM-08:30AM), Flexibility to occasionally cover 2nd shift.
• Implement and maintain departmental procedures.
• Create and manage production schedules.
• Analyze situations and provide solutions to optimize operations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Delegate tasks and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Train new and existing employees.
• Address performance issues and take appropriate actions.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior leadership experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and overtime.
• Must meet physical requirements for the role (standing, lifting, etc.).
