Location: Omaha, NE
Salary: $80,000.00 USD Annually - $90,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
The Judge Group is currently seeking an experienced Product and Field Service Manager and (No travel) with experience 5+ years of client facing experience in a service environment with PLC controlled products in Omaha NE.

COMPENSATION: 80k to 90k plus bonus

RELOCATION: Relocation assistance provided for the right candidate

LOCATION: Omaha, NE

MUST HAVE: BS, Mechanical Engineering

MUST HAVE: 5+ years of client facing field service experience (Post and presale)

MUST HAVE: Experience supporting products in client facilities working on Allen Bradley or Siemens PLC's

Responsibilities:

- Work with product development teams from the product development the concept through manufacturing, Sales and service

- Partner (when requested) with the sale team on presales client inquiries

- Prepares layouts, drawings and schematics with CAD programs (SolidWorks, EPLAN, AutoCAD/DraftSight., etc)

- Find solutions to meet the customer's requirements

- Processes Engineering Change Orders for the products

- Participate in design review meetings with related departments (Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, etc)

- Offer engineering support to the manufacturing shop floor

- Performs on-site inspections and supports installation activities

Requirements:

- AS/BS in a related Engineering discipline (Mechanical Design, Electrical Design, or Engineering Technology)

- 5+ years of client facing field service experience (Post and presale)

- Experience with products controlled by PLC's (Some programming is required -Allen Bradley or Siemen)

- Client facing experience required

- Minimal travel required
