The position also involves developing an extramurally funded, high-impact research program that addresses contemporary issues related to the intersection of parks, recreation, and tourism and human health and wellbeing. The candidate should demonstrate how their research leads to presentations and publications in peer-reviewed scholarly outlets.

QUALIFICATIONS: Ph.D. in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism or a related field. Applicants should have the capacity to deliver high quality, impactful teaching, mentoring, and advising of undergraduate and graduate students, and the ability to develop a successful, funded research program as demonstrated by a record of peer-reviewed publications.
