Principal/Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement project plans
  • Manage project budgets and resources
  • Enforce project standards
  • Forecast revenue and profitability
  • Manage all quality assurance and change control processes
  • Enforce site safety at all times
  • Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with Joint Venture Partners, Owners, Business Manager, Architect/Engineers and subcontractors
  • Attend, manage, and write meeting minutes of the Joint Venture Executive Meetings
  • Provide organization, directions, and training of subordinate project team members
  • Possess working knowledge of all project plans, specifications, Owner Contract, subcontracts, purchase orders, daily correspondence, shop drawings, submittals, and all other project related documents
  • Title needs to include PE License
