Salary: $60,000.00 USD Annually - $75,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Looking for someone with 3-5 years of Purchasing experience in a Manufacturing Plant! Must be self-motivated, energetic, and willing to make appearances on the plant floor.

No Degree is Required

• $5mil annual spend will be purchasing Corrugated boxes corrugated sheets, film lamination, and any and all Graphic Arts Finishing supplies. Parts and service for all machines in the plant, etc.
• Reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager.
• Their responsibilities include ensuring that the company acquires necessary goods and services at the right quality, quantity, and price. They collaborate with suppliers, negotiate contracts, analyze market trends, and optimize the procurement process. Additionally, they monitor inventory levels and align procurement strategies with the organization's overall goals. Researching Suppliers: They evaluate raw materials suppliers, comparing costs and assessing quality, reliability, technical support, and availability of goods and services. Negotiating Contracts: Purchasing Managers negotiate purchase agreements to secure the best price for high-quality goods.
• Developing Inventory Controls: They establish guidelines for obtaining price quotes, accepting bids, and selecting vendors. Buying Goods and Services: Purchasing Managers are responsible for procuring necessary goods and services for the company. Planning and Scheduling: They ensure timely receipt and inventory control of assigned products and services.
