A long standing client is looking for a QA Assistant to help their extremely busy office. This is a 3+ month contract with the possibility to go perm as a project coordinator.

Duties Include:

• Preparing reconciliations for customers and travel vouchers for accounting - assemble travel data onto a travel voucher for accounting to process.
• Gather all travel data onto an excel spreadsheet for review and finalization for the customer

Requirements:

• ****ADVANCED LEVEL EXCEL SKILLS
• The ideal candidate should possess a high level of critical thinking
• You should be very detail oriented
• You should be able to take criticism well
• You should have a honed sense of urgency, take ownership, and have a strong drive for excellence
• Desire to show up to an in office setting every day

Education:

• Minimum of AA or bachelor's degree
