Academic Req:
Required - Bachelor's degree from an accredited program/university
Certifications:
First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention
Work experience:
Required - Progressive experience in a fast-paced setting, with an emphasis on project coordination and support
Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables:
1. Surveys department staff to ensure satisfaction with technological systems, assets, and Direction.
2. Establishes and tracks systems to track resources effectiveness.
3. Participates in quality assurance meetings, strategic planning meetings, and budget planning meetings as necessary.
4. Provide supervision of the Lead Digital Archivist.
5. Manages SharePoint, Salesforce, and the DA email for the department.
6. Creates and maintains Resource Manual that includes resources that are available for the organization.
7. Develop professional relationships in the field.
8. Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed or requested by position supervisor.
9. Implement Compass Connections safety protocols in case of an emergency.
10. Participate in scheduled meetings and team decisions and operations.
11. Maintain confidentiality in all areas of the program operations.
12. Maintain Compass Connections professional and ethical standards of conduct outlined in Compass Connections system personnel handbook including demonstrating respect for agency staff, the service population, and community members and complying with required dress code at all times.
Other Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement systems for the intake/storage/disposal of records.
2. Maintain reporting systems and provide technical assistance as needed.
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of electronic systems and their use. Additionally, research material that will aid in the efficiency of storing records.
4. Review uploaded files for trends and to ensure compliance.
5. Participate in workshops, seminars, education programs and other activities that promote professional growth and development.
Requirements:
1. Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment.
2. Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request.
3. Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks.
4. Demonstrate the ability to:
a. Respond sensitively and competently to the service population's cultural and socio-economic characteristics.
b. Work collaboratively with other staff members, service providers and professionals.
c. Provide crisis intervention according to training provided by Compass Connections when needed to maintain a safe environment.
d. Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain emotional control and professional composure at all times.
e. Maintain computer literacy required to meet the responsibilities of the position.
f. Work effectively and without intensive supervision both independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
5. Demonstrate a working knowledge of all Compass Connections policies and procedures.
